Our client is looking for an Java Full Stack Lead Developer for a project and below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: Java Full Stack Lead Developer
Location: NYC, NY
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with Java 21+ preferred.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 19+ and RxJS for frontend development.
- Experience with Docker, containerization, and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and MQ/message queue technologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and advanced SQL.
- Strong SQL skills including joins, stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale financial services applications is a plus.
