Assignment Highlights

• Home Health speech-language pathology setting
• Provide individualized speech therapy in patients' homes
• Evaluate and treat communication, swallowing and cognitive-linguistic disorders
• Help patients improve functional communication and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home healthcare team
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Local travel between patient homes required
