Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has opportunities for an Associate Electrical Engineer OR Electrical Engineer in San Diego, CA
Duties Include:
- Researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
- Designing electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for aircraft.
This position can be filled at either the Associate Electrical Engineer level or the Electrical Engineer level, depending upon the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for Associate Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline with 0 years of related engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP). This SAP must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Basic Qualifications for Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline with 2 years of related engineering experience OR a Master of Science degree in a relevant STEM discipline with 0 years of related engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP). This SAP must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications for both levels:
- Active US Government Secret clearance
