Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chicago, Illinois.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

- Start Date: 10/27/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Med-Surg-Tele experience.
- Active Illinois RN license required at submission; pending licenses not accepted.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Covid certificate required.
- Cerner charting experience required.
- Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation/management, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, peripheral IV care, tracheostomy care, isolation precautions, and rapid response/code team utilization.
- Floating may occur mid-shift and to another facility within 50 miles.
