POSITION SUMMARY:
The Construction Maintenance Technician position involves performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, across multiple job sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance & punch list items. Basic carpentry work. B asic plum bing repairs & installations. Basic electrical wiring & troubleshooting. Maintain a SAFE and CLEAN work environment. Interact professionally with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a VALID driver's license. Must have your own RELIABLE transportation (as you will need to commute between work sites). Must have your own basic hand tools. Must be Detail-Oriented AND take pride in a job "Well-Done". Minimum of at least ONE (1) year of maintenance experience is preferred but NOT required . PAY RATE /
SALARY:
Starting Pay Rate is $20+/hr. (B ased on your CURRENT level of e xpe rience)
BENEFITS:
Benefits (such as Health Insurance, PTO, Etc.) may be available after completion of the temp period. Possible benefits will be discussed with you by the client during your meeting with them. REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. TEL Staffing complies with all regulations enforced by the EEOC. TEL Staffing is a drug-free workplace.
This position may be Direct-Hire or Temp-to-Hire. No benefits are offered during the Temp period.
