Looking for Seasoned Full Stack Technology Leader with 12+ years of experience architecting and delivering scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, and MongoDB, with expertise in AI/LLM integrations, NLP solutions, agentic development workflows, cloud platforms, microservices, and leading high-performing Agile engineering teams to join our team in Irving, TX

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• 10+ years of Full Stack Development Experience Strong expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs Advanced experience in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+) Strong MongoDB database design and optimization experience.

• Experience integrating LLMs through cloud AI services/APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in NLP, sentiment analysis, and text classification solutions Agile/Scrum software delivery experience technical leadership and mentoring experience

Desired Skills Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) CI/CD pipeline implementation Microservices architecture DevOps practices

• Performance optimization and security best practices Healthcare or enterprise SaaS domain experience JD Lead architecture, design, and development of modern web applications. Guide offshore engineering teams and provide technical mentorship. Develop scalable backend services using JavaScript, MeteorJS, and REST APIs.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript. Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queries. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities including NLP, sentiment analysis, and text classification.
• Establish engineering standards, code reviews, and quality practices. Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define technical solutions. Ensure timely delivery following Agile methodologies. Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs Ability to:
