About the role:
As an Engineering intern, you will report to the APX Fleet Design Senior Manager and be located at our Cranberry, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for assigned work performed as part of the AP1000 fleet design Perform modeling and analysis using a variety of engineering tools and methods. Develop documentation related to these calculations and analyses Work with departmental teams (i.e. system and component design, structural, electrical, supply chain) to solve challenging technical problems Work with technical leads and project managers in coordination of activities associated with assigned work scope Work with global project teams by contributing to technical scope execution and meeting schedule and financial goals Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, civil or nuclear engineering Completed Sophomore year of college We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
