Salary: $195,000 - 195,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered or a related software engineering role.
- At least five years of experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, Node.js, cloud services, Java, Redis, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, and HTML.
- Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States is required if hired.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software, including specialized utility programs; analyze user needs and create software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles.
- Update and enhance existing software, and build backend services using Node.js, AWS, Docker, and Redis.
- Create reusable components and libraries, translate designs and diagrams into high-quality code, and optimize performance across networks of Lambda services.
- Collaborate with partners to develop solutions that meet requirements and timelines, and document technical proposals and solutions.
- Apply JavaScript and current ECMAScript specifications, along with modern build pipelines and development tools.
- Design and maintain scalable, efficient APIs, and integrate internal APIs into Node.js applications.
- Write efficient, clear, well-documented code that complies with industry regulations and standards.
- Work with designers, stakeholders, and product owners to define, design, and deliver features for existing software solutions.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and help optimize and tune the performance of Node.js applications.
