Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Clovis, New Mexico.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Occupational TherapistDiscipline: TherapyDuration: 26 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelFloating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.Job Summary:-OT will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.-Evaluates and treats patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of function/occupation and developmental disorders.-Oversees and ensures a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient.-Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence.-Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines or services involved in patient care.-Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during episode of care.-Evaluate and Treat Acute Care Inpatient and Outpatient population (PRIMARILY OUTPATIENT).null Required Skills & Experience:-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment.-At least one thirteen 13 week previous travel assignment.-Two (2) years current experience required in specialty.-Must have experience in all areas HHC, OP, Acute.Preferred Skills & Experience:-EPIC experience; can train on-site. nullRequired Education:-Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Preferred Education:-Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Required Certifications & Licensure:-NM state Occupational Therapist license. -BLS certification required.-BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.Preferred Certifications & Licensure:-N/A nullQUALIFICATION/LICENSUREWork Authorization : US CitizenPreferred years of experience : 2 yearsTravel required : No travel requiredShift timings : DaysIntegrated Healthcare Services Job ID #36762628.
