The Job:

Stanley Black & Decker is building an E-commerce Center of Excellence to share and implement best practices across our retailer-specific teams. As the E-commerce Project Manager, you will be responsible for project and operations management practices leading to efficiencies and increased productivity across the NA eCommerce team’s many work streams. Turning priorities into plans, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and driving initiatives from kickoff to measurable results.

You will lead projects that touch some of the world's most trusted brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER, across Amazon, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, our direct-to-consumer sites and a broad network of commercial and industrial customers. Your work will lead to streamlined online product launches, stronger brand presence across dozens of retailer websites, and clearer visibility for leadership into where the next opportunities lie.

You’ll get to:

  • Lead cross-retailer e-commerce initiatives end to end, including content refreshes for top-selling legacy products, SEO product improvement pipelines, and new and replacement content development.
  • Coordinate new product launches so they go live on time with complete, high-quality content across every priority retailer.
  • Manage multi-retailer reporting projects that give leadership a consistent view of performance and opportunities across channels.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reporting; keep work visible and moving.
  • Partner closely with brand marketing, our creative studio, and sales and account teams, plus agency partners where needed, to align on scope, priorities and deliverables.
  • Run effective meetings, drive decisions, and follow through on action items across teams that don't report to you.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate thoughtfully, and propose solutions.
  • Help document and scale the best practices the Center of Excellence develops, so retailer teams can adopt them consistently.
  • As you grow in the role, contribute to setting strategy and prioritizing the project portfolio
