Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.Supports the hospital mission in accordance with regulatory standards.What qualifications you will need:At least 5 years of RECENT (Within the last year) as a manager or director in a large hospital – experience in Women Services. Needs experience with at least 3500 births a year in a high acuity facility.· Education: BSN is Required· Licensure/Certifications: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.· Certification in area of specialty preferred.· Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required.· Ability to achieve and then maintain BCLS certification is required.
