Salary: $104,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility; the posting also lists Top Secret clearance as required.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- At least 5 years of Java development experience, with proficiency in Java JDK 8 or higher.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, the Java Collections Framework, multithreading and concurrency, and exception-handling practices.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Eclipse IDE.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, the IntelliTrack Entellitrak platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level or government systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2017 or newer, and T-SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
- The posting additionally lists 8 years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud as required.
- Preferred: experience with Jaspersoft Studio, DevExpress, hybrid Java/.NET environments, Agile or hybrid development, secure coding and government compliance standards such as NIST and FISMA, Git, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Preferred certifications: AWS, Azure, or CCNP.
