Qualifications:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) licensure (no educator credential needed)
- Minimum of one year of school-based experience required
- Experience with self-contained and/or early childhood settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively between multiple school locations
- Passion for student-centered, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech-language pathology services to a diverse student population
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and school staff
- Manage caseload split between campuses as assigned
- Document services and progress per district guidelines
