This role is ideal for a PTA who prefers evening shifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient environment focused on functional recovery and patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAssist Physical Therapists with implementation of patient treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional trainingMonitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical TherapistEducate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and injury preventionComplete accurate and timely documentationMaintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered treatment environmentRequirementsActive Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant licenseOutpatient experience preferredStrong communication and patient-care skillsAbility to manage a full outpatient caseload efficientlyStrong documentation and time-management skillsAdditional DetailsContract Length: 13 weeksSchedule: Evening shiftsShift Length: 8-hour shiftsGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekSetting: Outpatient RehabilitationLocation: La Plata, Maryland13-week Travel PTA assignment in an outpatient setting in La Plata, MD. Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Active MD PTA license required.
