Travel Nurse Job Details Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Greater Cleveland area) Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry – 7 Observation Unit Contract Length: 13-week travel nursing contract Start Date: January 9, 2026 End Date: April 10, 2026 Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:30) Weekly Hours: 36 hours Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780–$1910 Employment Type: Travel RN contract Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting Active Ohio RN license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required at time of application Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications (active, not pending) One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract period COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Background check and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date Completion of required nursing modules before assignment begins Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards Ready to take your next step as a travel nurse in Ohio?
