Perform evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, complete reassessments, and manage discharges. Treat conditions including arthritis, hand and upper extremity injuries, tendon repairs, soft tissue injuries, and progressive neurological disorders. Fabricate and manage splints and orthotics, including static, dynamic, and functional splints (preferred). Utilize manual therapy techniques and modalities such as edema massage, fluidotherapy, paraffin bath, iontophoresis, lymphedema management, and splinting (preferred). Provide patient and family education, home exercise programs, safety and injury prevention training, and vocational training as appropriate. Complete accurate billing and clinical documentation for outpatient therapy services. Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of adult outpatient occupational therapy experience Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload with 1:1 patient care Preferred Skills and Experience: Community hospital experience Experience with nerve injuries and progressive neurological disorders Experience with splinting, orthotics, and upper extremity rehabilitation Wisconsin OT license preferred Work Setting: Adult outpatient occupational therapy clinic focused on orthopedic and upper extremity rehabilitation HonorVet Technologies Job ID #31571278.
