Flatbed Truck Driver Benefits:
- CDL Drivers average $1,800-$2,500 per week (take home)
- Heavy Haul Division serving Jacksonville, FL, Minneapolis, MN, Baltimore, MD, and Houston, TX
- $5,000 Driver Sign on Bonus
- $5,000 Driver Referral Bonus
- Annual Safety Mileage Bonus of $1,980 or More
- Pay increases each year
- Drivers are expected to remain OTR for a minimum of 2-3 weeks before taking home time. Home time accrues at a rate of 2 days per week, with a maximum of 6 days off. Forced Dispatch
- $100 Weekly Days-Out Bonus, paid after completing three consecutive weeks OTR.
- Drivers who exceed 3,000 miles a week will receive an additional $0.10 CPM on all miles driven during that week, not just the miles above 3,000.

Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- Truck Driver must have a valid CDL-A
- Driver must be 22 years old
- Driver must have no more than one "at-fault"accident on MVR in past 3 years
- Will train for Heavy Haul
