Responsibilities Outpatient occupational therapy split between two locations, 20 hours each at Troy and PiquaDay shifts available with flexible scheduling, including 4x10, 4x9 plus a half-day Friday, or 5x8Primary focus on hand therapy patientsWork as part of an interdisciplinary patient care teamAssume a leadership role, develop individualized care plans, and implement a variety of occupational therapy techniquesProvide education and support to patients and familiesParticipate in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activitiesMaintain high standards of customer serviceTravelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligibleTravelers are not eligible for employee incentive programs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent requiredCurrent Ohio Occupational Therapy license required if applicableCertified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification strongly preferred; extensive hand therapy experience considered if not CHT certifiedCurrent CPR certification required at hireNo prior work experience required, but 1-3 years relevant experience is preferred Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-646322.
