This role is ideal for an OR RN who is confident circulating in an acute care environment and values a consistent day-shift schedule in a smaller hospital setting.ResponsibilitiesCirculate in the operating room for scheduled surgical proceduresPrepare operating rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment and supplies are availableMaintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout proceduresCoordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologistsDocument intraoperative care accurately and thoroughlyAdhere to hospital policies, procedures, and AORN standardsRequirementsActive RN license in Colorado or compact stateRecent Operating Room / Circulator experience requiredBLS certification required (additional certifications may be required)Strong understanding of perioperative workflows and sterile techniqueAbility to work independently in an acute care settingAdditional DetailsContract Length: 13 weeksSchedule: Day shiftsShift Length: 8-hour shiftsGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekSetting: Acute Care HospitalLocation: Pagosa Springs, ColoradoConsistent weekday schedule13-week Travel OR RN (Circulator) assignment in an acute care hospital in Pagosa Springs, CO.
