This role involves conducting evaluations, delivering therapy, and supporting clients in achieving personal goals while ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and group counseling sessionsConduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviewsDevelop treatment plans and monitor progressMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelinesCollaborate with radiologists, healthcare providers, and community partnersUphold HIPAA and privacy standardsParticipate in trainings, meetings, and continuing educationQualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or PsychologyProfessional license in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)Previous experience requiredKnowledge of addiction, ASAM criteria, and rehabilitative processesStrong communication, empathy, and teamwork skillsBLS/CPR certification preferredAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
