Opportunity: Special Procedures Tech - Radiology Job Details: • Work 4 ten-hour shifts with call responsibilities • Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in interventional labs • Work in 3 angiography labs (2 dedicated IR labs and 1 hybrid OR) • Function as part of 3-4 person teams with ideal staffing of 2 technicians and 2 RNs • Operate specialized equipment including IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream • Use EPIC Cupid documentation system • Perform procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma cases • Critical care and angiography/interventional radiology experience required • ICU/ER experience needed for patient care • Must have critical care gtt management skills and angio/IR experience including stroke and trauma care • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS • Dress code: Navy blue and black for technicians • Work in Level 1 Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center with high acuity patient population Facility: This 612-bed healthcare facility serves as the region's only Level I trauma center and children's hospital, providing comprehensive medical services including cancer care, cardiovascular care, and women's services.
