Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner. Provide pharmacological information and support to the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. Resolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications in accordance with established policies and procedures. Offer dosing and therapeutic recommendations that reflect patient age and pharmacokinetic considerations. Job Requirements: 2 years of Inpatient exp. required. NYS Licensed. EPIC and Pyxis experience required.
