Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based Computerized Tomography (CT) departmentPatient population includes both adult and pediatric patientsUse Siemens CT equipment and perform advanced imaging protocolsNight shifts, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.Image management with PACS, EPIC EMR, and IMPAX toolsConduct CT procedures, including image acquisition, analysis, and transfer according to department protocolsAdminister oral and IV contrast following safety protocols and required laboratory checksEnsure patient identification accuracy, safety, and comfort throughout the procedureMaintain accurate documentation and charge entry; correct duplicate ordersAssist with quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, orderly work environmentPrecept and mentor new employees and students as neededCandidates must be able to report to the lab for drug screening within 24 hours of commitment Requirements Completion of an accredited program in Radiological ScienceRegistered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences (ARRT or equivalent); license required if applicableAdvanced certification in CT requiredCurrent HCP BLS certificationPrevious experience with Siemens CT systems requiredMust be able to perform multi-planar and 3D reconstruction of imagesExperience with PACS, EMR (EPIC), IMPAX, and patient identification protocols Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-634098.
