Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead stakeholder engagement project planning and governance ensuring successful project delivery
Job Description:
Lead and oversee project planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to maintain compliance and quality standards Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to align expectations and facilitate effective communication Drive project execution by coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring adherence to project plans Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delivery delays Facilitate transparent and timely communication between stakeholders and project teams to support decisionmaking Promote continuous improvement in project processes and governance practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives and project requirements
- Establish and enforce project governance policies standards and best practices across projects
- Lead project planning efforts including scope definition resource allocation and scheduling
- Oversee project governance compliance report on status risks and issues to senior leadership
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure governance and stakeholder management are effectively applied
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support business development activities within existing portfolios
- Mentor and guide team members on stakeholder management project planning and governance techniques
