This role is not case management–focused and is ideal for a clinician who is trained in therapeutic counseling, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning. The LCSW will work with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health needs, including acute and crisis situations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling and therapeutic interventionsConduct comprehensive psychosocial assessmentsFormulate accurate clinical diagnosesDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansProvide crisis intervention and risk assessments as neededMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriateUphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practiceRequired QualificationsActive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of WisconsinFormal training and experience in clinical counseling/therapyDemonstrated ability to independently diagnose and create treatment plansComfort and competence with crisis interventionStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settingsTraining in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)Experience working with diverse populationsAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
