Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a 4-month long Data Entry Clerk to support the reimplementation project in Houston, TX.
Looking for candidates experience in entering and updating asset information, model number, serial number, validating and correcting data. It will be hybrid two days in the office, first week will in the office for training then will transition to hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
- Support data cleanup and validation efforts related to the reimplementation project
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to the project team as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior data entry experience required
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and data systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable and punctual
