Job Summary:The Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support both client-facing digital experiences and internal operational needs. This position contributes to the full software development lifecycle—including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support—while collaborating with team members across departments to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
The developer will work extensively within the firm's core technology stack and should be comfortable leveraging AI technologies and AI service integrations to enhance product capabilities and improve workflows.
No C2C or 1099.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and internal tools that support both client-facing sites and internal business processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code with attention to performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Participate in planning, estimating, and sprint activities within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, refine user stories, and translate business needs into functional software.
- Build and integrate AI-driven features or workflows using approved AI services, APIs, or frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and run unit tests for new and existing codebases.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data-handling practices across applications.
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
- Build server-side components, services, and background processes as needed.
- Integrate internal and third-party APIs, data sources, and web services.
- Maintain and optimize existing databases and SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and bottlenecks.
- Prepare technical documentation for code, APIs, and system components.
- Collaborate with other developers, QA personnel, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proficiency Required In:
- .NET Core / .NET
- C#
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred; React experience a plus)
- SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
- REST APIs and microservice architecture
- Azure Services, Azure DevOps, Git
- Familiarity with using or integrating AI services, APIs, or SDKs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, cognitive services, vector search, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI coding platforms/assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development
Minimum Years of Experience:
3–5 years in software development or a related role.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
