Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end planning and execution of AI/ML and technology projects.
Assist Senior Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, QA, Product, and Business teams .
Track project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and project dashboards.
Assist with requirements gathering and convert business requirements into clear project tasks/user stories.
Work with technical teams to track AI model development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring activities.
Support development and implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, automation, and data analytics use cases.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and blockers.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and dependencies.
Prepare regular project status updates and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, deployment, and post-production activities.
Support change management and ensure project scope changes are properly documented and communicated.
