ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Maumee, Ohio.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Radiation TherapistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 02/23/2026Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelOpportunity: Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist Job Details: • Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments • Perform treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) • Prepare equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control and assurance tests • Ensure proper infection control techniques are followed • Adhere to optimal radiation safety and protection practices • Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff • Follow nationally accepted standards of practice and provisions of quality patient care • Ensure environmental safety and inter-disciplinary cooperation • 2+ years of radiation experience required • ARRT (T) certification required • BLS (AHA) certification required • Work with Linear Accelerator (LINAC) TrueBeam equipment by VARIAN • Utilize ARIA software system • No on-call responsibilities • No weekend requirements Facility: This specialized cancer center focuses on providing comprehensive radiation therapy services to oncology patients. The facility utilizes advanced radiation therapy technology including TrueBeam linear accelerators and ARIA software systems to deliver precise and effective treatments. The center maintains high standards for patient care, safety protocols, and quality assurance while fostering a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to cancer treatment. Location: Maumee, OH Maumee offers a suburban setting near Toledo with access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation along the Maumee River.
