: Note: this is a hybrid role. Local candidate may only apply 16+ years of experience. Subject Matter Expert of a specific (often specialized) application technology with demonstrative ability to convey both technical and functional concepts. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating into requirements and specifications for usable systems and enhancements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to developing ideal business processes and automates manual work. The Quickbase Developer responsibilities includes:

Perform Quickbase application design, development, building dashboards, report, custom forms and pages, user permissions, and workflow design with the ability to evaluate business needs and to translate into technical specifications.
Perform application troubleshooting, problem solving, monitoring, repairing and maintenance for existing applications as appropriate.
Provide support by debugging issues, responding to security concerns, answering questions about system functionalities, and responding to enhancement requests.
Leverage systems knowledge to design scalable solutions across all applications and work with internal staff and external stakeholders to plan long-term platform goals.
Lead or participate in the development, automations and maintenance of data feeds related to ETL procedures and APIs.
Research new tools and solutions to meet an organization's growing needs.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Ability to independently and effectively collaborate with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders which can include school staff, government agencies, advocacy groups, consultants, and vendors regardless of technical expertise to provide guidance on data systems and process improvements. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, internal and external customers, and vendor staff at all levels of management. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. 16 yrs. Experience as a Quickbase Developer or similar role
16 yrs. Mastery knowledge of Quickbase application concepts, principles, and methods including application design, troubleshooting and recovery.
16 yrs. Experience with Quickbase application design, development, building dashboards, report, custom forms and pages, user permissions, and workflow design.
5 yrs. Ability to identify and build integrations with other business tools or applications to optimize processes. - Highly desired
5 yrs. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical terms - Highly desired
5 yrs. Communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and written. - Highly desired
5 yrs. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. - Highly desired
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, system engineering information technology, business administration
