Salary Range: $70K plus up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Schedule flexibility required for weekends and/or evenings based on events.

Your Mission:
Your mission is to be the operational engine of your bookable spaces by activating the daily flow of world-class events. You don’t just "manage bookings"; you ignite the spark that turns a venue into a thriving hub for connection. By actively pitching the unique value of your environment, you convert curious inquiries into confirmed, full-capacity bookings. You ensure every meeting and gathering is delivered with high-impact precision that fuels your guests' productivity and professional success.

\n Outcomes You’ll Deliver:- Five-Star Service: You are the pulse of your service’s daily delivery. You’ll bring the vision to life by coordinating the rituals and activities that spark productivity, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and fuels efficient performance.
- Seamless Experience Logistics: As the lead organizer for reservations in your space(s), you’ll translate high-level goals into actionable logistics and "run-of-show" frameworks. You’ll set the stage with such precision that every stakeholder is aligned, ensuring a seamless, high-impact experience from start to finish.
- Tailored Guest Solutions: Serve as a primary "connector" for your tenants and partners. You’ll handle intake and discovery processes with curiosity, understanding needs so deeply that you can turn a request into a flawless, brand-aligned reality on the floor.
- Member Engagement & Retention: Execute the programming that makes the building a magnetic destination. By expertly running your space reservations and showcasing your amenities, you create the energy and "buzz" that makes your spaces the undeniable first choice for your members every day.
- Vendor Partnership Standards: Work hand-in-hand with on-site operators and local vendors to create a cohesive thriving hub. You’ll manage the fine details of partner alignment, ensuring every collaborator is tuned in to our standards and contributes to a house proud atmosphere.
- Measurable Operational Impact: Manage assigned resources and budgets with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll track the pulse of your service through feedback and data, helping demonstrate that our hospitality-first approach delivers measurable impact.
- Consistent Quality Delivery: Maintain the rhythm of your spaces by prioritizing tasks with absolute clarity. By clearing the way and focusing on the details, you ensure every activation aligns with our premium standards and is delivered with consistent, high-quality follow-through.
- 3+ years of experience in venue operations, hospitality, events management, or premium guest-facing environments (e.g., hotels, conference centers, event venues, workplace hospitality).
- Proven experience owning operational standards and service delivery in high-volume or high-touch environments.
- Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
