Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 base salary, plus competitive equity

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building next-generation developer tools and AI-powered products.

This role is ideal for an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up, operating in ambiguous environments, and taking true end-to-end ownership. You will work closely with company leadership and other highly technical team members to shape product direction, make key architectural decisions, and bring new ideas from concept to launch.

The team moves quickly, operates with a high degree of ownership, and values engineers who can think beyond individual tickets or isolated technical tasks.

• Own complete product surfaces from early ideation and systems design through launch, customer feedback, and iteration.

• Build and evolve next-generation developer tools and AI-powered product experiences.

• Design workflows, user interfaces, backend services, and infrastructure that enable engineers to work more efficiently.

• Work closely with company leadership to formulate product ideas, validate them, and bring them to market quickly.

• Make important architectural and systems design decisions across the full stack.

• Prototype and iterate rapidly on AI-powered features, including natural-language interfaces, automation, and agent-based workflows.

• Own features across the entire development lifecycle, from prompt design and backend services to frontend implementation.

• Build polished, high-performance product experiences used by engineers and technical teams.

• Contribute to product strategy and help define how new products evolve over time.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack product engineering.

• Proven experience designing, building, and launching 0-to-1 products.

• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.

• Demonstrated ownership of products from ideation through shipping and iteration.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend and backend development.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.

• Backend engineering experience and comfort making systems-level architectural decisions.

• Experience building products used by developers, engineers, or other technical users.

• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or developer-facing tooling.

• Experience with applied AI, AI-powered product features, coding agents, or agentic workflows is highly valued.

• Ability to move quickly, operate independently, and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.

• Strong product judgment and an understanding of how technical decisions impact the end-user experience.

Strong candidates will typically have experience in environments where engineers are expected to do more than execute against predefined requirements.

This role is particularly well suited for someone who has:

• Built new products rather than primarily maintaining mature systems.

• Worked on developer tools, engineering platforms, AI products, or technical SaaS products.

• Operated in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.

• Taken significant ownership over both technical execution and product decisions.

• Worked across frontend, backend, and systems design rather than within a narrowly defined engineering fu
