Position Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architecture Manager / Solutions Architecture Lead to serve as a strategic technical leader driving the next generation of enterprise systems. This role bridges enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, software development, and Artificial Intelligence, with responsibility for building modern, scalable, secure solutions with AI at their core.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing employees in a technical leadership role
- Hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI experience
- Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Enterprise and cloud architecture experience, including distributed systems, microservices, and API-first design
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, NLP, computer vision, vector databases, and RAG
- Experience with MLOps, data engineering, CI/CD, data pipelines, and model deployment
- Knowledge of AI security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI
- Strong system design, integration, technical leadership, and mentoring skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

- Zachman or other enterprise architecture frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture strategy for modern enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures integrating AI models with enterprise and legacy systems.
- Translate business requirements into viable and cost-effective technical/AI solutions.
- Evaluate AI vendors, open-source models, and third-party APIs for build-vs-buy decisions.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate cross-functional technical teams.
- Develop technical vision and multi-year AI/architecture roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product, legal, security, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate technical, security, privacy, and ethical risks in AI deployments.
- Support budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiations, and cloud cost optimization.
- Communicate complex architecture, AI concepts, trade-offs, and ROI to executive stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge
- Enterprise & Cloud Architecture: Distributed systems, microservices, API-first design, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Azure AI Studio
- AI/ML & GenAI: LLMs, SLMs, NLP, computer vision, vector databases, RAG
- MLOps & Data Engineering: CI/CD, data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, model deployment and monitoring
- Security & AI Governance: CCPA, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, data residency, AI bias, toxicity, and hallucination mitigation
- Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, Agile/Scrum
- FinOps: Cloud cost management, AI compute costs (GPUs/TPUs), API/token-based pricing
