This role requires expertise in screening and diagnostic mammography (2D and 3D), wire localizations, radar localizations, and stereotactic biopsies. The technologist will float to different departments within the main campus as needed, supporting a busy practice with a daily caseload of approximately 150 patients. ResponsibilitiesPerform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures (2D and 3D)Conduct wire localizations, radar localizations, and stereotactic biopsiesCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate imaging and patient safetyFloat to other imaging departments within the main campus as requiredDocument patient care and imaging procedures using Epic charting systemProvide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environmentRequired QualificationsCalifornia Mammography License and CRT (M)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience (1.5 years considered with clinical pass)Ability to work Monday–Friday with Saturday rotationFirst-time travelers acceptedPreferred QualificationsARRT (M) and ARRT (R)*Experience with Epic charting systemStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnit InformationSpecialty: Mammography TechUnit: IMG Breast Services, 7631060On Call: Not requiredFloat: RequiredAbout The Judge GroupJudge Healthcare, a division of The Judge Group, bridges the talent divide for companies and organizationsacross the healthcare ecosystem, providing resources and specialized roles such as travel nurses, allied healthprofessionals, locum tenens, and more.
