Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Lorain, Ohio.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: StepdownDiscipline: RNStart Date: 01/26/2026Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelPosition Details RN PCU/Stepdown Unit 1WThis position will not accept local candidates. Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)Must have 2 years of experienceTravel experience not requiredBLS, ACLS,NIH required12 HR AM, EOW, EOHUnit Specific Details Unit Size: 33 bedsRatios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights, acuity dependent.Patient Population: Cardiac Telemetry, Vascular and Med-Surg. Some Post Cath, Post Pacemakers.Lines/Drains/Devices: PICC's, dialysis catheter's, PEG tubes, ostomies, foley's, chest tubes, NG tubes, tube feeding (Kangaroo pumps), wound vacs.Airway: Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, Heated High Flow, High Flow, Nasal cannulas. No ventilators.Drips: Cardizem, Amio, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Lasix, Heparin, and Insulin. PCA pumps for pain management.Ancillary Staff: 1-3 PCA's and unit secretary depending on census and availability. Phlebotomy available for lab draws.Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs.
