Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Analyst
to support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives across fiber network operations and infrastructure management. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, SQL-driven reporting solutions, and recurring analytical deliverables that provide visibility into fiber network data quality, inventory accuracy, asset records, construction activity, and operational trends.
The analyst will work closely with network engineering, network records, construction, GIS, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build scalable reporting solutions, support recurring reporting cycles, and respond to ad hoc analytical requests. This role will also support reporting related to network inventory completeness, asset record accuracy, data governance initiatives, route utilization, network readiness, and partner or customer connectivity agreements, including usage, consumption, eligibility, serviceability, and operational metrics. Responsibilities include: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards. Prepare recurring operational, data quality, and business intelligence reports. Build SQL-driven analytical outputs to support business decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting deliverables. Support customer and partner reporting related to network usage, availability, and consumption metrics. Participate in reporting overview and communication sessions with internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot reporting issues and support ongoing report maintenance. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability. Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Experience with Power BI report development and dashboard maintenance. Strong SQL and Excel skills. Minimum of five to eight (5-8) years of experience with operational reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work with complex datasets and recurring reporting deliverables. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, infrastructure, utilities, asset-based industries, or a similar operational environment preferred Estimated base salary range: $77,100
- $118,600 USD/annually Work Authorization Requirement:
