Demand Planner Manager

- Create and maintain SKU-level forecast models and demand plans to be used in production/manufacturing planning
- Lead regular calls with sales team to build bottom-up demand forecasts
- Research and review sales trends and demand drivers
- Place production orders and manage inventory levels from order to delivery
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to orders
- Monitor KPIs to ensure that the supply chain is performing effectively and efficiently, and take initiative to make adjustments
- Provide ad hoc inputs and analysis to leadership to maximize effective decision-making
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
- Project management with cpg - food is nice but not required
- Experience in small or start up

In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
