Job Title: Sales Manager

Report to: General Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:
  1. Manage sales activities of establishment:
  1. Direct and manage a team of sales staff.
  1. Recruit, hire and retain sales team.
  1. Develop, train and motivate sales team each day.
  1. Ensure each sales person is meeting minimum sales quotes.
  1. Ensure each sales person is meeting minimum CSI standards.
  1. Analyze sales statistics to assist dealers in promoting sales.
  1. Conduct monthly and annual reviews for each salesperson on team.
  1. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
  1. Control inventory by product mix and equipment, if applicable.
  1. Establish, implement and monitor only legal selling techniques and advertising.
  1. Meet or exceed monthly minimum standards.
  1. Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  1. Ensure that subordinates conform to the company's policies on non-discrimination and harassment and personally conform to company policies.
  1. Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner.
  1. Work in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job.
  1. Report any violation of the sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies to management.
