Triton Public Schools is located in Dodge Center, MN, and is approximately 20 miles west of Rochester and 20 miles east of Owatonna and approximately 1 hour south of the Twin Cities. We currently serve around 1,000 students and offer many educational opportunities while maintaining a small school approach.

Job Summary:
Work with students who have speech, language, and communication deficts through evaluation, program planning and consultation with staff, parents, and other professionals according to local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications required:
Appropriate licensure for Speech and Language Therapist
Knowledge in research-bsed best practice

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implements individualized speech and language therapy designed to meet the education needs of children on IEPs
  • Creates a learning environment conductive in the learning needs of children with disabilities
  • Encrouages student success by collaborating with classroo teachers and assisting with accomodations and modifications when appropriate
  • Emplys a variety of instructional techniques embedding technology when appropriate
  • Maintains accurate and complete records as required by law and district and district procedures
