This individual will be instrumental in implementation of non-qualified defrerred compensation plans, while partnering with clients and Senior Client Services Consultants, and working alongside executive leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for growth in the NQ administration plan industry.

This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity
Salary: $100K-120K + Full benefit package; + bonus potential
Location: Fully Onsite in Lake Mary, FL
Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm

The Client Service Consultant will:
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and implementation teams to facilitate efficient client onboarding experience
  • Establish, retain, and grow relationships with clients, advisors, and administrators
  • Provide strong client service governance
  • Support the development of various plan-level reporting deliverables, including projected funding needs, performance reports, executive summaries, and market updates for presentation to clients
  • Provide support on enrollment-related deliverables, including the development of enrollment materials, hosting or participating in enrollment education meetings, and post enrollment data collection and analytics
  • Identify and support initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention, new business/revenue opportunities, and optimize the overall client experience
  • Utilize the CRM database to document and track relevant client data, including scheduled service deliverables, meetings and ad hoc tasks, and maintain integrity of related client contact data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong accounting, NQ administration, and/or COLI background
  • Highly professional, organized and growth-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, client services and communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office products, with emphasis on Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
