EquipmentShare is searching for a Coordination Manager - Wash Bay Construction for our corporate office in Columbia, MO.

EquipmentShare is seeking an experienced Coordination Manager - Wash Bay Construction to lead our new wash bay construction and maintenance division. This role involves overseeing a $20-30 million project with the potential to grow to $50-100 million. The Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, our construction team, and our local operations management. . This role is central to creating a unified and efficient system for our wash bays, ensuring they are user-friendly, operational, and compliant.

Salary range: $90k-$110k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee the equipment ordering, vendor relations, design and maintenance of wash bays with a budget of $200k per site.
  • Work with vendors and local stores at both national and local levels.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance system.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring all wash bay information is systematically recorded on new and existing locations. .
  • Collaborate with environmental companies to track project progress.
  • Universalize Google Sheets to reflect all systems and manufacturers.
  • Lead yourself and grow a small team to execute project goals efficiently.
  • This role is critical in standardizing our wash bay systems and ensuring their long-term operational efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will have grit and tenacity, able to navigate challenging situations and bring innovative solutions to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with reclamation equipment is highly desirable.
