Attorneys who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law, including significant litigation and advice and counsel, are encouraged to apply. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel.
Duties include all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation, but are not limited to, developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems, litigation and trial work, and resolving governmental and workplace investigations.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- 4+ years of labor and employment experience is preferred. Substantive knowledge of employment law and significant litigation and/or advice and counsel experience from law firm or in-house environments is preferred.
- We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
- Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).
