The Nurse Practitioner provides direct clinical services for psychiatric patients according to established protocols and utilizes evidence-based clinical practice standards under the supervision of the Medical Director. The Nurse Practioner functions independently to perform individual assessments, diagnostic functions, specialized risk assessments, and make critical decisions regarding a wide variety of health situations, including high risk and crisis situations.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess expertise in consultation with individuals who need emotional, psychological, and behavioral support, including medication administration.
1 year (Preferred) of working with a variety of psychiatric disorders in the adolescent population. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified
