In This Role, You Will:
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinicians to ensure best-in-class high-quality care
  • Responsible for exceeding revenue targets set in collaboration with Regional Director, Clinical Development
  • Coach individual Clinicians on strategies and tactics to grow their caseload through 1:1 mentorship and annual performance evaluations
  • Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your team's caseload
  • Oversee the Lead Clinicians to facilitate ongoing clinical development opportunities
  • Oversee the Operations Lead to ensure clinic operations are running smoothly
  • Engage with students and network with colleagues outside the company to support ongoing recruitment efforts
  • Lead monthly clinic recharges to facilitate effective communication, transparency, and culture at clinic
  • Collaborate with People & Talent team to ensure recruitment needs and targets are met
  • Maintain full caseload with at least 3 days/week of treatment
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Licensed Physiotherapist/Chiropractor/Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with respective regulatory body.
  • Experience: minimum 4 yrs in private practice
  • Clinical Competency: demonstrates commitment to exceptional client care by successfully managing themselves and team's caseload
