Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders, including billing, finance, and client implementation teams, to align on short- and long-term goals.
  • Facilitate clear communication and understanding between diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Documentation and Communication
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of healthcare billing functionality, including complex logic.
  • Tailor documentation for consumption by a variety of stakeholders, including billing system users, client support, development teams, QA, and senior management.
Business-As-Usual (BAU) Operations
  • Address and resolve production issues with a focus on timeliness and precision.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress, from new feature implementation to BAU.
  • Troubleshoot detailed billing challenges across the IBX ecosystem, track urgent issues to closure, and perform root cause analysis to develop sustainable solutions.
Project Contributions
  • Collaborate with the lead business analyst to develop and maintain a product roadmap.
  • Analyze preferences and requirements from end users and stakeholders who interact with billing systems.
  • Participate in refinement sessions to ensure user stories and requirements meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).
  • Support sprint planning by setting goals and ensuring alignment with broader project objectives.
  • Engage in release and upgrade planning to ensure seamless transitions and system enhancements.
Meeting and Collaboration
  • Lead and participate in daily support meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in project-focused meetings with technical teams to ensure goals are met effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
  • Proven experience supporting and resolving complex billing system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of product development architecture, including ETL processes.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and methodologies.

  • Exceptional ability to identify root causes of issues and develop long-term solutions.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, especially time-sensitive BAU activities.
