The Kronos Solutions Architect will have strong experience in SAP-ERP - HCM (PA/OM, BN, PY), IT Applications & Development. Also will have experience in other HR systems such as SAP Success Factors and other external third party benefit providers expertise around best practices in the various aspects of IT, technology trends, application capabilities and ability to develop solutions to implement key business strategies. This position is in the Utilities field.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design, engineering and architecture experience at the enterprise level, specifically with the analysis / discovery, design, implementation, documentation, delivery / transition/support of infrastructure components.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience with employee unions.
