Job Description
Lincoln Financial is seeking an experienced Mobile iOS & Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with Swift/Objective-C for iOS development and Java/Kotlin for Android development. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to maintain optimal user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Lincoln Financial's mobile applications remain competitive.
  • Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into mobile applications.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proficient in Swift and Objective-C for iOS development.
  • Proficient in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
  • Knowledge of the mobile development lifecycle, including deployment to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
