The PICU is a 24-bed unit in a Level 1 Trauma Center, caring for patients with severe conditions such as respiratory failure, cardiovascular dysfunction, and organ failure. Responsibilities include advanced life support interventions like CPR, intubation, and monitoring. Requirements include:



Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
At least 2 years of pediatric intensive care experience preferred
Current Delaware nursing licensure or eligibility
CPR certification (AHA); PALS preferred
CCRN certification preferred
