We own and operate 82 Pizza Hut restaurants throughout Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. * Service recognition awards Requirements and Qualifications The ideal candidate for a management position will possess:

* 5 or more years of restaurant management experience
* 2 or more years of Profit & Loss responsibility
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Team building capability and good communication skills
* Basic business and math skills
* Strong analytical/decision-making skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
