In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

* Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes and assist with baking pastry items as needed.
* Set up assigned stations and gather necessary supplies/ingredients to prepare menu items for a successful service.
* Serve menu items following established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
* Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.
* Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station.What it Takes

* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
* 0-2 years of related previous cooking experience preferred
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Ability to obtain the State a Food Handlers Certification
* Strong sense of customer service and safety awareness
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and HolidaysThis position can be filled as a Line/Grill Cook I or a Line/Grill Cook II based on the experience qualifications of the selected candidate.
